1. This Promotion is open to ExpressVPN subscribers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, affiliated companies and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion, who purchased a new ExpressVPN subscription (as defined in section 9a) during the Promotion Period.
2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual's participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion, and will have sole discretion to disqualify an entrant whose participation is not lawful.
3. Purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
4. Promotion Period: Enter between 09:00 GMT on 10 June 2026 and 17:00 GMT on 11 July 2026 inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible for all four Prize Draws.
5. To Enter: Visit expressvpn.com and purchase a new eligible ExpressVPN subscription plan (1-month, 12-month or 24-month, across Basic, Advanced or Pro tiers) during the Promotion Period. Complete the required personal (email address) and payment details to be entered into the Prize Draw(s). Only subscription purchases completed during the Promotion Period will qualify for entry.
6. NO MBG: The ExpressVPN Money-Back Guarantee ("MBG"), as generally described on our website and marketing materials, is not available for subscriptions entered during the Promotion Period. This exclusion applies solely to new subscriptions purchased during the Promotion Period and does not affect: (a) subscriptions entered into before or after the Promotion Period; (b) any statutory rights you have under applicable law, including any right of withdrawal or right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU), the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), or applicable US state or federal law, unless these were waived; or (c) any rights arising from a defective or non-conforming product.
7. References to the Money-Back Guarantee on our website, app, and communications are general product descriptions that do not apply to purchases made under this Campaign.
8. The Campaign period may be extended or shortened at the Promoter's discretion, and any change will be communicated at https://www.express-vpn-signup.org/tos/world-cup-2026-sweepstakes.
9. Further Entry Details:

• Entry allocation is determined by the subscription plan purchased (new subscriptions, will also include updates to longer plans and returning churned customers) during the Promotion Period, as follows: (i) 1-month plan (Basic, Advanced or Pro): 1 entry; (ii) 12-month plan (Basic, Advanced or Pro): 5 entries; (iii) 24-month plan (Basic, Advanced or Pro): 10 entries. Entries are allocated automatically upon confirmation of a qualifying subscription transaction.
• All entries allocated to a subscriber will be entered into each of the four Prize Draws. Entries are based on the most recent qualifying subscription transaction completed during the Promotion Period.
• Entries are personal and non-transferable. They may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred to another person. Only one qualifying subscription per subscriber will be recognised for entry purposes during the Promotion Period. Where a subscriber makes more than one qualifying transaction, the highest entry-value transaction will apply.

10. The Prize: There will be four separate Prize Draws, each with one winner. Each winner will receive 2 x Category 1 tickets to the applicable 2026 FIFA World Cup match or cash equivalent, as specified below (each a "Prize"):

• 1st Prize Draw (26 June 2026): 14 pairs of Category 1 tickets (28 tickets in total) to a 2026 FIFA World Cup Round of 16 match;
• 2nd Prize Draw (2 July 2026): 6 pairs of Category 1 tickets (12 tickets in total) to a 2026 FIFA World Cup Quarter-Final match;
• 3rd Prize Draw (8 July 2026): 1 pair Category 1 tickets (2 tickets in total) to a 2026 FIFA World Cup Semi-Final match;
• 4th Prize Draw (11 July 2026): 1 pair Category 1 tickets (2 tickets in total) to the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final and 1 pair Category 1 tickets (2 tickets in total) to 3rd place Bronze Final match

The specific host city, stadium, match and kick-off time for each Prize will be subject to the official 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule and confirmed by the Promoter following each draw.

11. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

• Each Prize will be communicated to the winner by email following the applicable Prize Draw. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners promptly and to provide details of their Prize. The Promoter retains final discretion on all administrative aspects of Prize fulfilment.
• Category 1 tickets will be delivered digitally to the winner via the official FIFA ticketing application (the "FIFA App"). Winners must hold a valid FIFA ticketing account and have access to a compatible smartphone or device to receive their tickets. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where a winner is unable to receive or access tickets due to an incompatible device, failure to maintain a valid FIFA account, or any other circumstance within the winner's control.
• The specific match, host city, stadium and kick-off time for each Prize are subject to the official 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule and FIFA's operational decisions. The Promoter does not guarantee the identity of the participating teams in any given match.
• Match dates, kick-off times and venues are determined by FIFA and are subject to change. The Promoter shall not be liable for any alteration to the official 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule.
• Entry to the host venue is subject to FIFA's official ticketing terms, the host venue operator's conditions of entry, and any applicable ground regulations. The Promoter shall not be liable if the winner or any accompanying person is refused entry for failure to comply with any such conditions or requirements.
• Persons subject to any football banning order, event banning notice, or who are identified by any relevant sports authority or law enforcement agency as prohibited from attending sporting events are not permitted to enter this Promotion or claim a Prize.
• The winner is responsible for the conduct of themselves and any accompanying person whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to exclude a winner and/or any accompanying person from any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter, the host venue operator or applicable law, or if any party acts in a manner dangerous to themselves or others, or which is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social, disruptive or likely to cause a nuisance. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry to the venue or removal from it.
• The winner and any accompanying person must comply with all applicable host venue rules and regulations. Whilst at the venue, they must not: be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances; engage in abusive, threatening, racist, discriminatory or offensive behaviour; make or incite offensive chanting or gestures; throw items; carry offensive weapons or illegal substances; climb structures; damage the venue or its property; or engage in any other conduct prohibited by the host venue operator, FIFA or applicable law. Failure to comply may result in refused entry to the venue or removal from it.
• The winner and any accompanying person must abide by all terms, conditions and ground regulations set by the host venue operator and FIFA. They are responsible for their own safety at all times and must take reasonable care when moving around the stadium and its environs.
• For winners residing outside the United Kingdom, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a cash equivalent in lieu of physical match tickets (a "Cash Alternative"). The value of any Cash Alternative will be determined by the Promoter at its reasonable discretion, based on the face value of the applicable Category 1 tickets at the time of the relevant Prize Draw. Cash Alternatives will be paid within 28 days of Prize acceptance. The Promoter's decision on the offer and value of a Cash Alternative is final.
• Tickets issued as part of the Prize are strictly personal to the winner and are non-transferable. They may not be resold, offered for sale, exchanged or otherwise transferred to any third party. Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets may result in cancellation of those tickets and disqualification of the winner. Tickets remain the property of FIFA until formally transferred to the winner via the FIFA App.
• The Prize comprises match tickets only. The winner is solely responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to and from the host city and match venue, accommodation, meals, local transport, visas, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly stated as forming part of the Prize.
• The winner and any accompanying person are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, passports, visas and travel insurance required to attend the applicable match. In the event that the winner or their accompanying person is unable to attend due to immigration, visa, passport, health or any other personal circumstances, the Prize will be forfeited and no alternative, compensation or replacement will be provided.
• The Prize tickets are issued on the understanding that the winner intends to attend the applicable match. If the winner is unable or unwilling to attend for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited in full and the Promoter shall have no further obligation to the winner.
• The Prize will be forfeited if:

• i. The winner fails to respond and accept the Prize within 24 hours of initial notification;
• ii. The winner is unable to receive the tickets via the FIFA App due to circumstances within their control, including failure to maintain a valid FIFA ticketing account; or
• iii. The winner has any medical, legal or other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

• It is the winner’s and any accompanying person's sole responsibility to arrange and fund all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health, personal accident, travel insurance, and insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) as may be required or prudent in connection with the Prize.
• The tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
• If a winner fails to claim or use their tickets for any reason, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation, refund or replacement Prize will be provided.
• At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
• The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the tournament or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
• The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
• Once tickets have been transferred to the winner via the FIFA App, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, pandemic, epidemic or any other force majeure event.

12. Winner Selection: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period for each of the four Prize Draws. The Prize Draws will take place on the following dates: (a) 1st Prize Draw (Round of 16 tickets): 26 June 2026; (b) 2nd Prize Draw (Quarter-Final tickets): 2 July 2026; (c) 3rd Prize Draw (Semi-Final tickets): 8 July 2026; (d) 4th Prize Draw (Final tickets): 11 July 2026. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period are eligible for each of the four Prize Draws, and the same entrant may win more than one Prize Draw. Each draw will be conducted by random.org or similar provider to ensure fairness and integrity.

13. Winner Notification: Each provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of the applicable Prize Draw and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. The provisional winner must respond and accept the Prize within 24 hours of initial notification. If a provisional winner does not respond within 24 hours of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select a reserve winner in the same manner. Reserve winners will be subject to the same 24-hour acceptance deadline. Once eligibility is confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner.
14. Prize Acceptance: Upon acceptance of the Prize, Category 1 FIFA World Cup tickets or cash equivalent will be transferred to the winner. Tickets will be transferred via the FIFA App prior to the applicable match date. Where the Promoter elects to provide a Cash Alternative in lieu of tickets (for winners outside the United Kingdom), payment will be arranged within 28 days of Prize acceptance. The winner must ensure they have a valid FIFA ticketing account and a compatible device to receive their tickets. If the winner fails to maintain a valid FIFA account, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is otherwise unable to receive the tickets through circumstances within their control, the Promoter reserves the right not to reissue the Prize.
15. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter after the close of the Promotion Period and for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to wctickets@expressvpn.com. Winners can object to the publication of their details by emailing the DPO at dpo@expressvpn.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide the winner's information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
16. The Promoter may request that the winner participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
17. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

• Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
• Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
• Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
• Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
• Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
• Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
• Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
• Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

18. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation at the winner’s prerogative. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
19. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to expressvpn.com.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15283) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party without your positive consent, except where required by law. 23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
